I am aiming for four (4) different stops. I paired facilities (i.e., CFN & NSLS-II; RHIC & STAR) that are in close proximity to one another to keep tour times about equal for each group. The research themes at the paired facilities are also closely related to one another.

1. Each visitor MUST show official photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) at time of arrival in order to be admitted on site.
2. Temporary visitor badges will be issued to all visitors who have a valid identification.
3. Each driver will be asked for his/her vehicle’s license plate number for a parking permit.
4. The escorts will meet the bus at the main gate badging trailer.
5. The tours will visit actual research facilities. For safety, all visitors MUST wear flat, closed-toe shoes and long pants. Please stress this with your guests. Access will be restricted if proper attire is not worn.
6. Photography is permitted in all areas being toured EXCEPT at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials (Group A)
